Tropical Banana Smoothie

This one was just an experiment that turned into my new favorite. Had it two days in a row because it was that good! Perfect amount of sweetness and so refreshing for those hot summer days. Give it a go!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Tropical Fruit Mix (frozen)- pineapple, mango, dragon fruit, coconut

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts

  • 3 Dates (take the pit out)

How to make:

  • Put all of the above ingredients into the blender.

  • Blend for about 50seconds to 1 minute.

  • Pour and enjoy.

  • Try not to get a brain freeze drinking it too fast because it is that freaking delicious!
