Once you choose to sign up for 1:1 coaching, we will have a 60 minute initial consultation that will give me the basis for designing and developing your personalized program. You will have an all inclusive app that will hold your personal program, weekly check ins, schedule, nutrition, and habit/routine goals. Not only does fitness and nutrition need to be addressed in order to make lifestyle changes, but we will also address growth mindset and developing healthy, sustainable habits that will lead you towards your goals.
