These are irresistibly good, you’re going to want to hide these ones in the fridge. It takes less than 5 minutes to prep these, you store them in the fridge overnight and in the morning you have a grab and go breakfast that is ready to eat! No more rushing around to just grab a boring old granola bar, or running to Starbucks to spend $10 on a breakfast sandwich thats the perfect size for one of the seven dwarfs and leaves you hungry immediately after you consume it. This overnight oats recipe is packed with protein, healthy carbs, and good fats to hit all of the sweet spots and get you off to an energy filled day!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Ol Fashion Oats

  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (I like to use plain)

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp PB Fit

  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (the one I use is linked here)

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries

  • 1/4 cup Strawberries, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Jam

How to Make:

  • First, take the glass and line 1 tbsp of peanut butter along all of the inside walls. Then, repeat that step with the jam.

  • Next in a separate bowl mix the oats and greek yogurt together.

  • Then, mix the protein powder and almond milk together until smooth and the powder is all the way dissolved (I like to do this in a shaker bottle, but you can use any glass and stir)

  • Pour the almond milk/protein powder mixture into the oats and greek yogurt and mix with a spoon until creamy.

  • Finally add in the remainder of the ingredients and pour the mixture into your glass jar that you already prepared with the peanut butter and jam.

  • Seal with a lid and store in the fridge overnight.
