Greek Turkey Burger Bowls

This is refreshing, all of the goodness of a greek burger without the extra load of carbs. So, if you are looking for a lower carb, macro friendly meal this is it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey

  • 1/2 Red Onion sliced

  • 5 small Red Potatoes cut into cubes

  • 1 English Cucumber

  • 1 Tomato

  • 1 handful of Spinach

  • Tzatziki Sauce

  • Feta Cheese

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp dried Oregano

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill

How to make:

  • Cut the potatoes into bite sized cubes, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

  • Cook the ground turkey with garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and dill until golden brown.

  • While the turkey is cooking chop the onion, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

  • After both the potatoes and turkey are done cooking you can build your bowl!

  • Start with a base of spinach, add on the ground turkey, then the potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.

  • Dig in and enjoy!!
