Honey Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

I have been on an Overnight Oats kick recently. It hits the spot in the morning and it is so easy to prep!

This one is Honey Apple Cinnamon.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/2 cup 0% fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp Honey

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 large Apple cut into cubes

How to make:

  • Mix the oats, almond milk, and yogurt together in a sealable container.

  • Once the base is mixed together add in the cinnamon, honey, and apples and stir.

  • Store in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy!
