Guilt Free Brownies

These brownies are extra gooey, extra chocolatey and none of the nonsense. All natural ingredients that will allow you to enjoy these absolutely guilt'-free. They are so simple and are naturally sweetened, so you don’t have to panic about the extra sugar but still get all of the sweetness. I can’t get enough of these!

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup Oat Flour- I just take Quaker Old Fashioned Oats and Blend them to create a flour

-1.5 cups Cocoa Powder

-1/4 tsp salt

-1/2 cup creamy almond butter

-1/2 cup melted coconut oil

-2/3 cup maple syrup

-4 packets stevia

-4 eggs

-Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips

How to make:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa powder, and salt together. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to stir together the almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and stevia.

  3. Once the wet mixture is smooth, slowly add in the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.

  4. Grease a square pan with coconut oil and then press the mixture flat into the pan. It will be thick.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
