Blueberry Protein Waffles

These are one of my go-to breakfast. They are so simple, delicious, and packed with 39g of protein!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop of Level-1 Blueberry Muffin Protein (click here for the protein that I use)

  • 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 tbsp PB Fit Powder

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • Blueberries (for inside and on top of blueberries)

How to make:

  • Mix all of the ingredients (except the blueberries) together in a bowl and stir until you have a smooth batter.

  • Spray your waffle maker (I use the Dash Mini Waffle Maker) so that it does not stick.

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker and top with 5 blueberries. Pour just a little bit of batter over the blueberries and then close the waffle maker to cook for 45 seconds.

  • Once all of your waffles are cooked, topped them with some additional blueberries, shredded coconut, organic maple syrup, and whipped cream!
