Blueberry Peanut Butter Toast Crunch

I made this the other day out of the blue because I was craving something sweet. This totally satisfied my sweet tooth and helped me add in some extra fiber and antioxidants with the blueberries. The crunch is the added Cocoa Nibs giving it a little extra sweetness and the perfect texture!

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of Wheat Bread (I use The Big 16 Sprouted Power by Silver Hills bought at Sprouts)

  • 1 tbsp Organic Chunky Peanut Butter

  • 1 tbsp Organic Cocoa Nibs

  • Generous handful of fresh blueberries (honestly, I just put on as many as I could fit)

  • Drizzle of Organic Honey

Simple, delicious, and perfect for a little pick me up snack. Enjoy!
