“Elise’s coaching and approach is the best I’ve ever experienced! The workouts are made for all levels, and Elise herself is a wealth of knowledge. She puts so much effort into every client, knowing everyone’s goals are different. I’ve done other “fitness challenges” in the past where you hear from the coach maybe once a week with generic email responses. Elise makes herself available for support and questions, hosts live workouts, and organizes weekly individual and groups calls. The challenge group is especially great, getting to share experiences with others and feeling extra motivated in a likeminded community.
